Our Story
Evanova Publishing Ltd is an independent publishing house founded with a creative spirit and a belief that the world still needs publishers willing to take the long view. Where larger commercial houses are constrained by quarterly targets and market trends, we are free to make decisions based on literary and artistic merit alone.
The house publishes under two creative brands. Eva Nova is our author brand — original fiction written with ambition, craft and care. Ramsay Allan is our artist brand — original paintings and museum-quality limited edition Giclée prints that bring fine art into collectors' homes.
Our name — Evanova — combines the Latin aevum (age, era, time) with the spirit of renewal. It speaks to our belief in work that endures: books that remain on shelves for decades, prints that outlast their owners, and stories that grow in meaning with each reading.

Ramsay Allan is the artist brand of Evanova Publishing Ltd. Original paintings and museum-quality limited edition Giclée prints are presented under this name. Each print edition is strictly limited, hand-signed, and produced using archival inks on fine-art paper — made to be lived with for generations.

Originality of voice is non-negotiable. We look for writers and artists who have found their own way of seeing — who could not be mistaken for anyone else. Influence is inevitable; imitation is not.

We publish for the long term. We want our books to be on shelves in fifty years. We want our prints to outlast their owners. We are building a catalogue, not a list — and every addition is chosen with that in mind.
